Please try to include Comodo firewall in your list. It is better than ZoneAlarm for p2p apps because you can selectively open certain ports - a feature not available in the Free version of Zonealarm. Also it rates better than ZA in intrusion protection.

Yes anonymous. I totally agree with you.
Although great for such a task, it is very daunting for those that are not really tech/prog/web savvy.
Simple fact of the matter, is if youre unfortunate to be a target, then your security will be breached. But prevention, and the task of making their job more difficult(haXor), is well worth the effort.
I suggest adding UT IP filter in here with PG.
